Vintage KA-BAR Model 2751 Boot Knife – Stainless Steel, Faux Mother-of-Pearl Handle, Japan, circa 1980 - A compact vintage fixed-blade boot knife by KA-BAR, model 2751, manufactured in Japan while the company was headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, probably around the 1980s. The knife features a polished stainless-steel pointed blade and white pearlescent synthetic handle scales resembling mother-of-pearl, secured with metal pins. The ricasso is marked on both sides: Ka-Bar / Cleveland, Ohio / 2751 STAINLESS / JAPAN Presented with its original black leather boot sheath, fitted with a metal belt or boot clip. Blade length: 8 cm Maximum blade width: 2 cm Overall length: 16 cm Excellent condition, apparently unused, with only minor storage marks. The sheath’s retaining snap does not secure the knife firmly.
