Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Style Photograph Frame – David Richards & Sons, London, 1987 - An English vintage sterling silver photograph frame, designed in the Art Nouveau style. The front is richly embossed with two cranes flying above aquatic plants, flowers and a natural landscape, framed by flowing organic contours. Hallmarked D R & S for David Richards & Sons, together with the lion passant for sterling silver, the London leopard’s head assay mark and the date letter N for 1987. Black fabric-covered back with a folding easel support and circular photograph aperture. Dimensions: 10 × 10 cm. Good condition, with light age and use marks, particularly to the back and silver surface. Please examine the photographs for condition.
