Sterling Silver Mounted Shoehorn, Button Hook and Magnifying Glass – England, Early 20th Century - The matching shoehorn and button hook have floral decoration and bear the C&N mark of Crisford & Norris and Birmingham sterling silver hallmarks. The date letter appears to be o, probably 1913. Each measures 18.5 cm long. The shoehorn blade is marked STEEL ENGLISH MAKE and is made of steel. The magnifying glass has a silver handle with floral decoration. Its fitting bears WD, probably William Devenport, a sterling silver hallmark and a date letter that cannot be read with confidence. Length 15 cm; lens diameter 6.5 cm. Scratches, staining, tarnish and wear, particularly to the steel parts. Please examine the photographs.
