Mexican Miniature Sombrero – 925 Sterling Silver - A miniature wide-brimmed sombrero with dense geometric and floral decoration and a raised figure on the crown. Marked MEXICO D.F., 925 and STERLING underneath; an additional mark is insufficiently clear to identify the maker. A small decorative piece, probably 20th century. Dark spots, wear and scratches, particularly on the crown. Diameter 9.5 cm; height 2.5 cm; weight 35.1 g. Please examine the photographs for condition.
