Islamic Amulet Pendant, Agate with Arabic Inscription, Probably Persia, Late 19th–Early 20th Century - Circular pendant set with a stone appearing to be agate in reddish-brown and grey tones, decorated with an engraved Arabic calligraphic inscription within a circular border. Set in a metal frame with two suspension loops. The inscription has not been conclusively deciphered; the metal has not been tested. Probably Persia, late 19th–early 20th century; origin and period are not guaranteed. Diameter: 3.8 cm. Wear and scratches, with irregularities along the frame edges.
