Jussi Björling – 999 Silver Medallion Pendant | Design by Marika Somogyi - A commemorative medallion pendant honoring Jussi Björling (1911–1960), one of Sweden’s foremost tenors. Designed by sculptor Marika Somogyi for the Jussi Björling Society; the design is documented in a 2001 publication. One side features his portrait in relief, his name and life dates. The reverse depicts him seated in an armchair in operatic costume, against an interior stage setting. Fitted with a suspension loop and ring. Marked 999 FS, indicating .999 fine silver.
