Magdalena Kucharska - Goddess - material glass size 41 x 10.5 x 7.5cm Magdalena Kucharska She graduated from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the State Higher School of Fine Arts (currently: E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts), Wrocław, 1991. Winner of the New Glass Review 16 competition, Corning Museum of Glass, Corning, New York, New York, USA, 1995. Participation in 12 individual exhibitions in Poland, Germany and the Netherlands, and in over 60 collective exhibitions in Poland, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and the USA, including: Glass Now 16th, 1994, and Glass Now 17th, 1995, Tokyo, Japan. Her works are in the collections of the Museum of Contemporary Glass Art in Alcorcón (MAVA), Spain, the Karkonosze Museum in Jelenia Góra, and the National Museum in Wrocław. Since 2009, she has been running her own MOYA gallery in Wrocław, together with her husband Andrzej Kucharski.
