לא מזוהה - Under the tree of life. 25.5x23.5 Decorative ceramic plaque, unclear signature. Apparently by Eitan Ceramics, framed in an elegant wooden frame, presenting a symbolic scene rich in color and detail. At the center of the work stands a broad-topped tree laden with fruit, reminiscent of the “Tree of Life” motif, and below it two female figures decorated in a folk-naïve style, standing side by side in harmony. The composition is characterized by clear and decorative lines, reminiscent of folk art traditions or traditional enamel/ceramic works. The deep blue background is studded with white stars, creating a nocturnal and dreamy atmosphere, while the inner red frame emphasizes the center of the scene and gives it a strong visual presence. The color palette is rich and vivid—greens, reds, blues, and golds—which combine to create a festive, almost ceremonial image. The figures, with their ornate clothing and symmetry between them, suggest a connection, tradition, or cultural story, while the fruitful tree above them symbolizes abundance, continuity, and life. The work combines meticulous craftsmanship with a simple and accessible visual language, and manages to convey a sense of warmth, rootedness, and symbolism.
