18K YG 5.91ct Orion Opal & .67ctw White Diamond Ring - Genuine opal cabochon in 18K gold with diamond accents—smooth, bold, and eye-catching on the hand. The stone is held in a four-prong setting and framed by a circular halo of round brilliant-cut white diamonds. The gallery features open filigree work with intertwining lines of gold that continue along the split shoulders, each set with additional diamonds. Total diamond weight is approximately 0.67 carat. The interior of the shank is smoothly polished and slightly tapered for comfort.
