Danish Modernist Sterling Silver and Amber Brooch - Danish Modernist sterling silver and amber brooch, mid-to-late 20th century. The abstract organic form features a textured, shell-like silver frame encircling a large pear-shaped honey amber cabochon with visible internal spangles. The reverse is marked with two plaques reading DANISH DESIGN and SILVER 925. The piece is constructed with a bezel-set stone and a horizontal hinged pin with a rollover safety clasp.
