The Hermes tie includes a printed signature block with the horse and carriage logo and a woven brand label on the reverse indicating 100 percent silk construction. Hermes silk neckties are printed at the house's Lyon atelier and hand-finished individually. Each design is produced in a limited run and retired once the run is complete, which is why older patterns are rarely seen in the market.
