18K Yellow Gold Pear-Cut Ruby and Diamond Cluster Cocktail Ring - An 18K yellow gold cocktail ring featuring a centrally set pear-cut ruby in a three-prong setting. The ruby is surrounded by a halo of eight round brilliant-cut diamonds. The shoulders are further accented by ten tapered baguette-cut diamonds, arranged in two tiers of five on each side of the central head. The setting is constructed with an open-worked under-gallery to allow light to the stones, and the shank is a polished yellow gold band that tapers toward the shoulders. The interior of the shank is stamped with the characters K18 and 0.77 on one side, preceded by an indistinct maker mark. The opposite side of the internal shank is stamped D 1.13. These numeric stamps correspond to the ruby weight of 0.77 carats and the total diamond weight of 1.13 carats respectively. 5.9 grams Size 7 US
