Hermes Le Mors A La Conetable Silk Scarf - This is a Hermes silk twill scarf featuring the Le Mors A La Conetable pattern, originally designed by artist Henri d'Origny. The intricate equestrian-themed design centers on a complex horse bit motif intertwined with flowing golden yellow ribbons and tassels, framed by elaborate baroque-style acanthus leaf scrollwork. The colorway includes a vibrant red field with a deep navy blue border, while the decorative elements are rendered in shades of cornflower blue, white, and gold. The scarf features signature hand-rolled and hand-stitched edges. Identification marks include a gold cartouche at the bottom center inscribed LE MORS A LA CONETABLE, a gold cartouche at the top center marked HERMES-PARIS, and a printed copyright mark (c) HERMES within the design scrolls. A white fabric care tag is attached to one corner, printed with FABRIQUE EN FRANCE 100% SOIE and various laundry symbols on one side, and MADE IN FRANCE 100% SILK DRY CLEAN ONLY on the reverse. The item is accompanied by its original Hermes orange presentation box with a dark brown bolster edge and a square care instruction card. Approximately 35 inches x 35 inches.
