Hermes Fleurs de L'Opera Silk Scarf by Joachim Abadie - An authentic Hermes silk scarf in the Fleurs de L'Opera pattern, designed by Joachim Abadie and first issued in 1989. The design features a yellow ground centered with a floral medallion of pink and red roses. Large golden-brown palm fronds radiate from the center toward the corners in an X-shaped configuration. Script text along the border identifies the operas and flowers, including La Traviata de Verdi - Camelias, Madame Butterfly de Puccini - Fleurs de Cerisier, Carmen de Bizet - Oeillets Rouges, and Aida de Verdi - Palmier. The scarf is constructed from silk twill and finished with hand-rolled edges. Visible markings include Hermes Paris in script in the lower left corner, a J. Abadie artist signature in the lower center-right, and the Hermes copyright symbol located on a ribbon in the upper portion of the design. Dimensions: approximately 35 inches x 35 inches (90 cm x 90 cm).
