Hermes Dies et Hore 90cm Silk Twill Scarf - A vintage silk twill scarf by Hermes in the Dies et Hore (Days and Hours) pattern, designed by Francoise Faconnet. The central motif depicts a radiant sun with a facial expression, surrounded by concentric rings representing astronomical and astrological measurements. The outer rings feature the twelve signs of the zodiac rendered in gold-tone. The scarf has an ivory field with an octagonal border accented in pink. Each corner is decorated with ornate scrolling foliate designs in grey and gold-tone, featuring griffins. The scarf is finished with hand-rolled and hand-stitched edges. The design includes the Latin text DIES ET HORE within the inner circle. A golden cartouche at the bottom center reads HERMES - PARIS copyright symbol. The artist signature F.
