Hermes Paris Silk Twill Scarf Fleurs d'Ombre by Nikoletta Joulianaki - An Hermes Paris silk twill scarf in the Fleurs d'Ombre (Flowers of the Shadows) pattern, designed by artist Nikoletta Joulianaki and first issued in 1991.
