A Pair of Vintage Burberrys Cotton Handkerchiefs in Signature Check Patterns - A pair of vintage handkerchiefs, also suitable for use as pocket squares, from Burberrys. These items feature the brand's pre-1999 branding and signature check patterns. One piece is designed in the classic tan Nova check with black, white, and red stripes, while the second piece features a navy blue base with grey and red check stripes. Both are constructed from 100 percent cotton with machine-stitched narrow hems. Each handkerchief is finished with a tonal embroidered equestrian knight logo and the Burberrys name in one corner. The tan handkerchief retains its original black and white adhesive retail label printed with the Burberrys name and logo. The navy handkerchief includes a fabric care tag on the reverse indicating the pieces were produced under license for the Japanese market by Blooming Nakanishi Co., Ltd. in partnership with Sanyo Shokai. 47 cm x 47 cm.
