An Important 18K Yellow Gold 56.76ctw Ruby and 10.00ctw Diamond Bib Fringe Necklace - An important contemporary 18 karat yellow gold bib-style fringe necklace featuring an asymmetrical multi-tiered drop design. The necklace is set with natural oval-cut rubies, each framed by a halo of natural round brilliant-cut diamonds. The rubies are identified as natural corundum having undergone heating and treatment, as documented by the accompanying Central Gem Laboratory (CGL) report, No. FX 98840. The diamonds are set in 18k white gold and are natural, near colorless, VS-SI clarity. The necklace is newly finished and includes a storage box and sorting accessories. The central decorative section is attached to a solid circular link chain and is secured by an integrated box clasp with dual figure-eight safety catches. The reverse of the clasp is hallmarked K18.
