Hermes Soies Volantes Silk Scarf by Loic Dubigeon - This Hermes silk carre features the Soies Volantes (Flying Silks) pattern designed by Loic Dubigeon, originally introduced in 1992. The design displays an intricate variety of traditional decorative kites in the forms of birds, butterflies, fish, and human figures. The central circular motif is inscribed with the title SOIES VOLANTES. These colorful motifs are set against a white background, enclosed by navy and teal blue borders with red square accents at each corner. The scarf is constructed from 100% silk with signature hand-rolled and hand-stitched hems. Visible marks include the printed copyright symbol (c) HERMES and the signature HERMES-PARIS on the bottom fish kite. The designer's initials LD are printed near the butterfly motif in the lower left quadrant. A fabric care tag is stitched to the hem, reading FABRIQUE EN FRANCE 100% SOIE on one side and MADE IN FRANCE 100% SILK DRY CLEAN ONLY on the reverse. Dimensions: Approximately 90 cm x 90 cm.
