An antique insect-like brooch made of 18K gold, set with diamonds, gems and a natural Pearl. The brooch is set with a central diamond weighing approximately 0.80 carats, with brilliant diamonds all around accompanied by Sapphire and Ruby ​​gems on the insect's wings and as its eyes, and with a natural Pearl with a diameter of 8x11 mm.
