The brooch is made of silver on 14K red gold, and is set with 3 large diamonds in an old-cut with a total weight of about 0.60 carats, about 2.50 carats of Brilliant diamonds on the leaves, and a pearl, apparently natural, with a diameter of 6.5X7.5 mm.
