1.80ct Diamonds Vintage 18K gold ring set with white diamonds and a sapphire. The diamonds set in the ring have a total weight of approximately 1.20ct and are estimated as good quality VS/I-H. The central sapphire is estimated to weigh approximately 0.60ct and has a beautiful very dark blue color. The ring is in very good condition and is stamped 18K.
