A 4.20ct large and impressive 14K gold ring in a marquise design, set with 4.20ct of natural white diamonds and a central sapphire in an oval cut and with a strong and dark color. The ring is accompanied by an IGI gemological certificate indicating that the diamonds set in the ring have a total weight of 2.20ct and a very good color grade G-D and a clarity grade SI, and the sapphire has a weight of 2.00 and a DARK BLUE color grade. The ring is signed and is in excellent condition as new. The total weight of the ring is 10.14 gr. Ring dimensions
