Stefan Mayerhofer A pair of Alt wien silver candlesticks Austria, made of 812 silver and decorated with floral motifs. Dated 1833. ‎Signed with the Loth 13 stamp. Viennese date stamp 1833 and manufacturer stamp STM. ‎ ‎The candlesticks extra whight at the bottom, the net weight of silver is estimated to be about 1000 gr for the pair. ‎ ‎The candlesticks are in good condition, with few imperfections. ‎ ‎Height: 28.1 cm ‎ ‎Stefan Mayrhofer was a partner of the renowned artist Josef Carl von Klinkosch in the firm Mayerhofer & Klinkosch, founded by the two in 1831. Both were court artists of the Viennese royal house.‎
