The kuntress begins with a long response from Rabbi Shlomo Yonah, ab”d of Turin, and is followed by responsa from the following rabbis, agreeing and expounding on his ruling: Response from Rabbi Yeshaya Chizkia Shlomo Michael Yona , ab”d of Turin, and grandson and disciple of Rabbi Eliyahu HaLevi (mentioned below). The Chida stayed in his home during his travels and the two developed a special bond. Response from Rabbi Eliyahu HaLevi (1713-1792) , ab”d of Alisandra della Apulia and a leading Italian rabbi. His responsa were published in the sefer Pachad Yitzchak, authored by Rabbi Yitzchak Lampronti. Response from Rabbi Yehoshua Margolis , ab”d of Nice, France. He was a relative of Rabbi Moshe Margolis, author of Pnei Moshe on the Yerushalmi. Copied and signed response from Rabbi Eliyahu HaCohen of Livorno , grandson of the author of Yad Melachi, to which Rabbi Eliyahu wrote a long introduction.  Response from Rabbi Meir Sanguinetti , leading Livorno dayan. His endorsement can be found in many sefarim published in Livorno. Response from Rabbi Yaakov Nunis Weiss , ab”d of Livorno. He was the son of the Siach Yitzchak and close disciple of the Chida.
