"Les Juifs" [The Jews]: 1933 Prominent French Magazine Describing the Lives of Chassidic Jewry with Rare Photographs
Témoignages de Notre Temps, Issue 2. The newspapers headline reads "Les Juifs" (the Jews), Paris, October 1933.
A French newspaper issue dedicated entirely to the Jews, including an article on Chassidim with photos of Admorim. The cover page features a photo of the Kedushas Tzion and his son, Rabbi Shlomo of Bobov, and there is an additional photo of Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik of Spinka in the body of the newspaper.
The entire newspaper is full of photos of Jews from all over the Diaspora, shulls, their lifestyle, religious artifacts, and photos of 1929 pogroms.
