Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Teitelbaum (1808-1883) Author of Yitav Lev and head of the Sigat dynasty. Son of Rabbi Eliezer Nisan Ab”d of Drobitsch, son of the 'Yishmach Moshe'. In his response the Yitav Lev rules that the get is not valid, in his response he relies on the words of the 'Chasam Sofer' that if one divorces without the consent of the woman the divorce is annulled.

The response was written on top of the letter with the question and response of Hagaon Rabbi Yaakov Mendel Friedman, Rava”d of Nadvorna.

In the response he mentions ‘my mechutan the Gaon of Hordankeh' referring to Rabbi Moshe Teumim, author of the Shu”t Devar Moshe.
