Bronze jug with figural decorated handle. - Bronze jug with figural decorated handle. Roman Imperial Period, 2nd - 3rd century AD. Height 12,7cm, ø corpus 8,8cm. Bellied corpus with offset neck made of thick bronze, below separately worked bottom with trimmed circles. High stirrup handle with three plastical heads, above the head of a man, on the back the head of Pan to the left above of a syrinx and below an attachment in form of theatre mask. Dark green to dark brown patina, minimal surficial traces of corrosion, otherwise intact.
