Decorated Sasanian silver bowl in form of a boat. - Decorated Sasanian silver bowl in form of a boat. 6th - 7th century AD. Longitudinal-oval bowl made of embossed silver with bulging rim. Inside in the centre an incised female dancer with krotales. Outside below the rim plastical frieze depicting a vine branch with grapes and inbetween birds framed above and below by bead-and-reel. Traces of corrosion, otherwise intact.
