Bronze situla with three rows of reliefs. - Bronze situla with three rows of reliefs, at the bottom an open lotus blossom, at the upper rim hieroglyphs. In the middle a priest is depicted making an offer to the deities Min, Isis, Hatmehit, Nephthys, Osiris, Horus, and Thoth. Above them, the boat of the sun, pulled by jackals, crosses the sky, while baboons worship the occurrence. Below them the god Nefertum and two Apis bulls along with Sobek, Thueris, Hathor, and the souls of Pe. H 12cm (without wooden stand). Ptolemaic, c. 305 - 30 BC. Green patina, one eyelet reattached, handle missing.
