Collar and chest section of mummy cartonnage. - Collar and chest section of mummy cartonnage: a) W 38.2 cm, H 26.5 cm. Neck collar with a winged scarab with a sun disc and seven rows of decorative bands in the form of rosettes, dots, triangles, rectangles and drops. b) W 16 cm, H 36.8 cm. Winged scarab, with a band of hieroglyphs in the centre, several rows of triangular patterns on the right and left, and a band of drops at the very bottom. Ptolemaic, ca. 330 - 30 BC. Under glass in wooden frame, one frame gilded. 2 pieces!
