A Chinese Cloisonné Enamel Censer Made for the Islamic Market, 19th Century. A Chinese tripod censer enamelled in turquoise cloisonné, supported on three cylindrical legs and flanked by upright arched handles. The body is adorned with dense floral scrollwork and lotus blossoms, interrupted by white reserves containing black thuluth inscriptions. The base bears a four-character Chinese mark, possibly indicating the period or origin of the piece.
