A Late Qajar Framed Shahnamah Battle Scene Painting, Signed. A finely detailed Persian painting from the Late Qajar period, depicting a dramatic battle scene from Ferdowsi’s Shahnamah. The composition is densely populated with armoured warriors, galloping horses, and colourful standards, all set within a lush landscape punctuated by trees and banners. A signature in Persian is inscribed in red ink at the lower left corner of the painting. Approximately 51 x 40cm Provenance: Private collection from a distinguished N London collector.
