An Amlash Terracotta Bull-Headed Rhyton, 9th–7th Century BC. An Amlash terracotta rhyton formed with a sweeping, curved body that culminates in a boldly modelled single bull head. The vessel features a flared, trumpet-like mouth and a smoothly tapering form typical of ritual pouring vessels from north-western Iran. The bull’s head is sculpted with expressive, open jaws and stylised facial details, adding a dynamic presence to the piece.
