The set includes: 1. $2 Note from 1928 - United States Note (Red Seal) The first “Small Size” format of the $2 note. Features the classic red seal used on United States Notes. Obverse: portrait of Thomas Jefferson. Reverse: an engraving of his home “Monticello.” 2. $2 Note from 1953 - United States Note (Red Seal) An updated design compared to the 1928 issue, still bearing the red seal with contemporary signatures. The reverse continues to depict “Monticello.” 3. $2 Note from 1976 - Federal Reserve Note (Green Seal) The first Federal Reserve $2 note, issued in honor of the United States Bicentennial.
