The piece features a long tapering metal blade with linear decorative work and incised / forged ornamentation, together with a wooden hilt and characteristic metal wire wrapping at the base. A striking Central African tribal object with strong display presence, suitable for collectors of ethnographic weapons, African art, and ceremonial or decorative arms.
