Large lidded vase, so-called Weimar style, KPM-Berlin, circa 1921 - Large lidded vase, so-called Weimar style, KPM-Berlin, circa 1921 Porcelain, polychrome and gold painted, on a round, stepped base with knop and rod friezes, ovoid body, curved handles on the sides, domed lid with bud finial and pearl frieze, all-over wildflower decoration on the body in a light green ground, house painting, bordered by a relief frieze of tongues and waves as well as acanthus leaves, underglaze blue scepter mark and date letter ”V” on the base, height approx. 44 cm, slight signs of age, one handle with an old, restored hairline crack
