A Georgian Style Mahogany-Stained Bedside Chest of Drawers - A 20th-century reproduction bedside or lamp chest in the Georgian style. The carcase is constructed from mahogany-stained hardwood, featuring a three-drawer configuration. The drawers are graduated in size and built with light-toned utility wood liners using modern machine joining. Each drawer front is fitted with a central antiqued-brass-effect circular drop-ring handle on a round backplate. The chest is finished with a moulded top edge and a plain plinth base. Several adhesive labels are present on the top surface, including auction lot stickers and a partially obscured label for a furniture house.
