An Assortment of Hand Tools and DIY Hardware in a Vintage Suitcase - A collection of miscellaneous hand tools and DIY hardware contained within a mid-20th-century brown textured fiberboard suitcase. The suitcase is constructed with metal corner reinforcements, a plastic-wrapped handle, and two metal latches. Centrally located within the lid is a gold-tone metal plate featuring a crown emblem and text that is not fully legible, although the word TESTED can be discerned. The tool assortment includes a large wooden-handled mallet, a claw hammer with a steel head, and a hand saw with a wooden handle and brass-toned hardware. A central tool features a red circular metal body with the name STANLEY cast in raised letters. The collection further comprises a paintbrush with a maroon handle and a ferrule stamped STAINLESS, a pair of red-handled pliers, a pair of blue-handled pliers, a tape measure, a wire brush, and a spool of wire. A green cardboard box is present, printed with the text PLASPLUGS and Tile Spacers For ceramic wall tiles, including a Made in England statement. A small metal component within the case is also stamped MADE IN ENGLAND. Additional items include a paint roller sleeve in its original plastic packaging, various bungee cords, and loose hardware.
