Two Vintage Portable Fuel Containers Including a Pressed Steel External Boat Tank - This lot comprises two vintage portable fuel containers of differing materials and designs. The first is a green moulded plastic fuel canister featuring a carry handle and a screw-on black plastic cap. It bears a large multi-coloured adhesive label on the side with red and blue stripes and the word FUEL printed in large blue capital letters; beneath this, it states 5 LITRES. The second item is a red-painted pressed steel external fuel tank, of the type typically used for vintage outboard motors or small generators. It features a centrally located carry handle and a black plastic filler cap fitted with a manual screw-type air vent. Adjacent to the filler cap is a bayonet-style fuel line connector. A short section of black hose remains attached to a bracket near the handle. The tank is constructed of two halves joined with a crimped peripheral seam. A white rectangular adhesive label is attached to the top surface with the number 5677 written in black ink.
