Bosch S 8 Router Table Cutting Unit - A vintage Bosch S 8 router table cutting unit, comprising a rectangular wooden base board and an adjustable split wooden fence system. The unit is designed to convert a handheld power router into a benchtop tool. It features a black metal mounting bracket with a circular aperture for securing the router motor and a transparent plastic safety guard. The wooden base is printed with black and red directional arrows and schematic diagrams illustrating correct workpiece feed direction. A metric scale in millimetres is printed along the right-hand edge of the board. The item is housed in its original yellow and white cardboard retail packaging. The maker's name appears as a printed red and black BOSCH logo on the front of the box (photo 2) and on the front cover of the included instruction manual (photo 1). The manual is an adhesive-bound booklet printed with the title S 8 and the part number 0 603 999 002. The manual text includes the following descriptions in multiple languages: Fräseinrichtung, Milling Device, Equipement de fraisage, Equipo de fresado, Dispositivo per fresare, Freesinrichting, Fræsetilbehør, and Frästillsats. A small transparent plastic bag containing several metal screws and washers is included for assembly. A metric scale is visible along the right edge of the wooden board in photograph 1. The visible portion of the scale extends from 0 to 250 mm.
