Mid-20th Century Wrought Iron Pedestrian Garden Gate with Scroll Decoration - A mid-20th century wrought iron pedestrian garden gate of rectangular form. The gate is constructed from a perimeter frame enclosing three horizontal rails and two central vertical bars. The decorative scheme features a repeating series of symmetric C-scrolls and heart-shaped ironwork motifs. At the intersections of the central horizontal rail and vertical bars, pairs of small opposing loops are welded to the structure. The gate retains a latch mechanism at one upper corner and mounting hardware on the opposite side. The iron is finished in a weathered black paint. No maker's marks, signatures, or stamps are visible on the metalwork.
