A U.S. SPANISH-AMERICAN WAR TABLE MEDAL 1898
This medal was struck in the late 1890s and awarded to Spanish American War Lieutenant Victor Blue, who, in 1898, successfully scouted, located and identified Admiral Pasqule Cervera's ships in Santiago Harbor, Cuba. The award was sponsored by "The Women of South Carolina". The engraver is George T. Morgan.
