The cup is commemorating the 200th anniversary of the founding of St.Petersburg, with a portrait of Peter the Great in the center (1703-1903).Marked on the verso by the manufacturer with dark red ink underglaze. Dimensions: H: 5 5/16 in., (13.5 cm.) Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks. Minor signs of wear.
