A RUSSIAN GILT-SILVER AND NIELLO CIGARETTE CASE WITH LEAVES - A Russian silver cigarette case with a hinged lid. The piece is entirely covered with a leave-patterned niello decoration. The case is parcel-gilt on the interior. Dimensions: 4 x 2 1/2 x 3/4 in., (10 x 6.4 x 2 cm.) Condition: Very good overall. Minor traces of wear on the interior. The verso has several niello chips.
