A copper plate etching after Rembrandt van Rijn "The Omval" originally created in 1645, and recreated by noted 19th-century engraver Amand Durand. Amand Durand was an established and reputable French engraver who lived from 1831-1905. He dedicated most of his adult life to recreating the early etching plates created by masters such as Rembrandt. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back.
