A COLD-PAINTED VIENNA BRONZE OF A NUDE DANCER, FRANZ XAVIER BERGMAN, EARLY 20TH CEN.
An ornate, cold-painted bronze of a dancing, semi-nude woman, produced by the foundry of Franz Xavier Bergmann and bearing his 'Nam Greb' mark on the posterior of the woman. The 'Nam Greb' mark is Bergmann spelled backwards and was used to make his name sound more exotic and to keep his real name off his more erotic pieces.
