A ROBERT COUTURIER LITHOGRAPH OF A WOMAN CURLED UP - Robert Couturier, an ink on paper lithograph depicting a woman curled up on the beach. Signed by the artist lower left. The print is numbered 32/200 lower right. Robert Couturier (1905-2008) was a French artist and sculptor. In 1946, Couturier was appointed as a professor at the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Paris and held that position until 1962. Subsequently, he became a professor at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris (1963–1975). His works can be found in collectionsof many museums, including the National Museum of Modern Art-Centre Georges Pompidou. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
