A SILVER-MOUNTED SHELL COURT JESTER FIGURE, 19TH CENTURY - A figure of a court jester made primarily of silver within which is set a polished nautilus shell to act as the belly. The silver is set throughout with red, blue, and green cabochons. In his left hand is a blue stone sphere and in his left is a mobile with four arms from which hang cut crystal ornaments.
