A VIENNA COLD-PAINTED BRONZE OF A SEATED INDIAN BY BERGMAN, 1900 - This is a cold-painted bronze Viennese sculpture by Franz Xavier Bergman from The Bergman Foundry in Austria. The sculpture depicts the image of a seated Native American wearing a headdress with a tomahawk and shield. The shield is raised above the head in a protective stance. The underside is signed with the factory stamp of a 'B' in a vase and is numbered '3605'. Austria - 1900 Dimensions: H: 4 1/4 in., (10.5 cm.) Please make all inquiries before bidding.
